Most door problems are installation problems. We set jambs plumb in both directions, shim behind every hinge and at the strike, and check the reveal top to bottom before the casing goes on — so the door stays closed where you leave it and does not drift open a year later. On exterior openings we pay equal attention to the pan flashing, house wrap integration and trim detailing that keep water out of the wall.
